올해 개최될 제 50회 PAN Music Festival의 연주단체 변경 사항에 대한 안내를 드립니다.
제 50회 PAN Music Festival 초청단체로 참여하는 중국 민속악기로 이루어진 현대음악연주단체 Ensemble Contempo Beijing이 중국 정부의 방역관리정책에 따라 외교부에서 공직자 해외 활동금지 및 출국금지 조치에 의해 10월 PAN Music Festival 참여가 불확실하게 되어 2023년도 PAN Music Festival로 방문이 불가피하게 연기되었습니다.
대신 제50회 범음악제 초청단체인 Ensemble Contempo Beijing 콘서트는 지난해 PAN Music Festival 초청단체로 참여하였으나 코로나19 해외입국자 방역지침인 14일간 자가격리와 백신접종후 30일 경과된 자에 한해 입국이 허가되어 녹화영상 온라인 스트리밍공연으로 대신하여 아쉬움이 많았던 대만 단체인 Ensmeble C-Camerata Taipei가 직접 방문하여 함께 할 예정이며, 긴급한 스케줄의 사유로 지난해 공모에 선정된 작품과 더불어 이번 공모를 통해 최대 한 작품만 추가하거나 작품이 선정되지 못하게되면 지난해 선정된 작품들만 연주할 예정입니다.
제50회 범음악제 초청단체인 Ensemble Contempo Beijing 콘서트를 위해 이미 작품공모에 지원하셨거나 계획을 갖고 계셨던 회원님들께 깊은 양해를 드립니다.

주의: 카테고리 중복지원과 PAN Music Festival 공모선정에 선정된 작곡가는 연속하여 작품공모에 선정될 수 없습니다. 이번 Ensemble C-Camerata Taipei 선정된 작곡가는 내년도 Ensemble Contempo Beijing에 연속하여 공모선정을 할 수 없으니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

ISCM 한국지부 및 범음악제
ISCM Korea section wishes to inform you about the change of performance group in the 50th PAN Music Festival, to be held in the year 2022.
Ensemble Contempo Beijing, a contemporary music performance group consisting of traditional Chinese instruments, can not visit Korea for the 2022 PAN Music Festival, due to the recent travel restrictions of the Chinese government. Therefore, Ensemble Contempo Beijing will be visiting Korea in 2023.
Therefore, the Ensemble Contempo Beijing will be replaced by Ensemble C-Camerata Taipei, which was the guest performance group of the 2021 PAN Music Festival that had to do a live streaming performance due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions of the Taiwanese government at the time. Because of this sudden change of schedule, there will be only one or none selected work of the current call for scores, and performance will consist of last year’s program.
We sincerely apologize to the members of ISCM who might have been preparing a work for this call for scores.

A list of percussion instruments is in the attachment.
Note: Composers are allowed to apply for one category only. Previous year selectees may not re-apply. Composers whose works are selected for the 2022 festival may not apply for the year 2023(this applies also for the composer selected for Ensemble C-Camerata Taipei, who will not be considered for the call for scores of Ensemble Contempo Beijing concert in 2023).
